Refund Policy

We rarely get return requests and only accept returns within reason. We stand behind every piece we sell and professionally test the gold content and stones on every piece. All information on our antique pieces is in the description, including size, weight, description, price, etc. If for some reason you're not happy with your piece or think you have a special case, please contact us ASAP with your order number.

We offer full refunds within reason. We don't provide you a return label and you are responsible to package it with care and drop it off at your local post office. Please note, we are not responsible for packages we do not receive. All refund details will be sent via email automatically (and is applied to your original method of payment). If your refund is not reflected in your bank account after 5 business days, contact your bank. If you’ve done this and still have not received a refund, please contact us. Please make sure the item is packaged with care. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom sized rings.  We do not process exchanges (simply return your unwanted piece and make a separate purchase for the new item).
